At juleselin we use your email address only for the purpose of informing you of new product launches and promotions.  Ensuring your privacy is extremely important to us.  We will never share or sell your personal information.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days for a refund or exchange.  All sale items, discounted items and custom orders are final.  Items must be unworn with hangtags and price tags intact.  Returns will not be accepted without original hangtags and receipt/packing slip.  Orders received past 15 days will not be accepted for return.  Please mail returns along with the completed                             to the following address:

juleselin is not responsible for return shipment charges.  juleselin is also not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit so please make sure to package with care.  We highly recommend that you insure your package.  On the RETURN FORM please make sure to let us know if you like a Refund, Exchange or a Gift Certificate.  If you chose to exchange your item, juleselin offers FREE GROUND shipping on the new item.  Please note that original shipping charges are not refunded.

Repairs

Repairs of free of charge within 30 days of purchase unless damage is a result of clear misuse and abuse of product.

Shipping

juleselin does not cover shipping charges for returns or repairs.
